You will receive theoretical background information on the development of your own company. Exercises complement the know-how you have acquired.
In order to make it easier for you to get started with structured business planning, we present all the components of a business plan in a practical and compact form: from the invention to the business idea to financial planning. We offer you suggestions on how to formulate your idea as interestingly and convincingly as possible in your business plan, as well as tips on market research and other helpful tools.
The course will take two days and will cover the following content:
During the first day, you will learn about the basics for business planning. You will work out and substantiate the USP of your invention or business idea. You will learn how to realistically assess the market and competitors and where the opportunities and risks of your project are. You will learn how to conduct targeted research and thus collect and evaluate the relevant information for your project.
The second day focuses on the implementation of your project. You will develop scenarios for a market entry and deal with the concrete business model as well as with marketing and sales. You will work out a possible timeline for your project and learn how to finance your business start-up.
Theory is supplemented and deepened by practical exercises. During these two days you can develop a rough concept for the implementation of your business idea and receive feedback from experienced trainers and your colleagues.
